Simple And Effective Steps to Mend a Broken Heart.

You miss that person who has been a perfect match for you for a while and now its like you are alone and your true and perfect match (boyfriend or girlfriend) has broken your heart.
You miss her smile. You miss her phone calls and text messages. You miss having her in your arms and sharing a good laugh together. You want her back so badly but it's all seem too late now. It's all over. Does it?

Good news is, it's not the end of the world. There are actually some proven strategy that work in most savable relationships.

There are 3 common scenarios that lead you to a broken heart and what you could do:

1. She broke up with you because she thought you were being bad. Stop wallowing in self pity and try to analyze the situation. Did the things she said make sense? If you are at fault, chances are that she still wants to be with you but she can't stand the thing you did. Give her a few days to cool down and then try to talk to her. Sincere apology and heart to heart conversation normally work wonders.

2. You broke up with her but now you regret it. Highly likely that she's as broken hearted as you are right now. Take your pride off and let her know you didn't mean what you said. Tell her what upset you and how two of you can work things out to make the relationship work.

3. You have talked things through with her and both agree that the relationship is not going to work, but you feel like a great deal of your life is missing. This is common when you have been together for a long time. Things are not really over yet. There are still things to say that may save the relationship when it's not suppose to end. It's not too late.

Often it's only a matter of saying the right thing at the right time to create a miracle.
